The CSSL National CIO List is the country's first initiative recognizing outstanding CIO leadership in Sri Lanka. Building on the success of previous years, this flagship programme identifies and honors Sri Lanka's top Chief Information Officers who are shaping the national digital leadership landscape.
Candidates are evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts against the 12-element CSSL CIO Model - a framework continuously reviewed to reflect evolving industry practices, ensuring the CIO List remains relevant and impactful year after year.

Sign in to this portal and fill in your professional profile, leadership achievements, and responses aligned to the 12-element CIO Model.

Submit & await evaluation
Submit before 31 January 2027. The independent expert panel will evaluate all submissions and contact shortlisted candidates.
